Talent Frame are delighted to be working with an international law firm who are looking for a Senior internal Communications Executive. This role is working in their London office, 2-3 days per week, to deliver the internal (and some external) communications activities.

Working closely with the Partners and wider Marketing & Communications team, you will play a pivotal role in writing, editing and proofing a wide range of content across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Writing and editing the internal newsletter and Intranet to keep all staff up to date on all business activities.
  • Drafts, edits and reviews a wide variety of internal communications; including weekly newsletters
  • Provides best practice guidance to the BD team 
  • Collaborates with the digital team to schedule and execute updates to the intranet home page and internal TV screens
  • Submits design briefs and liaises with the in-house team to produce assets and/or campaign materials
  • Collaborates with PR and Social Media colleagues to maximise opportunities to elevate the Firm’s profile
Experience Required:
  • Previous experience working within professional services.
  • Excellent copy writing skills across multiple channels.
  • Proficient in editing and proofreading to ensure high accuracy standards.
  • Work effectively with senior stakeholders to source stories and keep them up to date with projects.
