Regional Sales Manager

Talent Frame are currently working with a global company in the logistics/supply chain sector to hire a Regional Sales Manager in the Essex/East London area.

We're looking for an established logistics sales person with knowledge of freight.

Key Responsibilities:

You will have responsibility for team members based across your region, while also carrying an individual target.

The role will focus on new business, but will also cover existing accounts to maximise cross-selling of services.

You will mentor and develop team members, enabling them to hit individual revenue targets.

This person will take the lead on more complex sales and tender processes in the region.

Key Skills/Experience:

You should have a track record of achieving sales targets within the logistics sector. And specific exposure to international freight.

Be able to accurately forecast team revenue 

Create effective account development plans

Mentor and coach team members, to ensure their development and performance against targets

You will be based in the Essex area and have a drivers license.
