Head of Marketing

Talent Frame are please to be working with an early stage B2C Fintech start-up based in London.

They are seeking an experience Head/Director of Marketing to lead and scale the marketing efforts of a brand new product.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and user acquisition
Plan, execute and monitor full mix marketing campaigns with the support of the external agency and any new hires
Oversee the creation of high-quality and engaging content that helps the brand to stand out against competitors
Utilise analytics tools to track, report and refine marketing strategies based on customer insight and market trends
As the team expands, lead and develop more junior marketers, ensuring high performance consistant brand messaging

Experience Required:

Min. 5 years in a leadership/management role, with specific experience in Fintech
Demonstrate ability to scale the profile of a start-up or new B2C Fintech product
Can develop and execute strategies in a fast paced environment
Strong proficiency in marketing an reporting tools to track, automate and optimise journeys
Proven ability to interact with wider non-marketing C-Suite and effectively report on how marketing activity relates to wider commercial goals
