Clinic Manager

Talent Frame are please to be working with a leading provider of IVF treatment on two Clinic Manager roles - one in London and one in Birmingham.

The roles are onsite and candidates must have previous clinic manager experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high patient satisfaction, monitoring key benchmarks and rapidly assessing any drops in performance
Coordinate clinic staffing and overseeing recruitment needs
Monitor clinic KPIs - including financial performance and make any required changes to ensure targets are met or exceeded
Work to retain and develop staff members, overseeing the delivery of effective training and staff feedback

Experience Required:
Must have worked as a Clinic Manager, ideally CQC registered
Experience of managing large teams
Can demonstrate taking ownership of clinic KPIs and talk through methods used to ensure high performance and productivity in a busy environment
